Fair Use: Requesting Copies for Research
According to U.S. Copyright law pertaining to Fair Use, material in the Visual Resources Collection can be used for noncommercial educational and scholarly purposes only (teaching, course presentations/papers, degree-related research). Our collections cannot be used in electronic or print publications (including scholarly publication and websites), exhibitions, or broadcasts without prior written permission from any and all applicable rights holders.
Digital copies of audio and video content may be requested via the Recording Request Form. Following applicable trademark and copyright laws, such copies are provided for personal use only.
