IMPORTANT PRINTING NEWS!

A few students have not yet updated their Equitrac Software on their personal computers.  This is causing the Print Server ANNIE to slow down considerably.  It is essential that you update your Equitrac software immediately if you have not done so!

Any computer with outdated Equitrac software after November 17, 2009 will be blocked from accessing the print server and its owner will be reported to the Dean.

As many of you are aware, I have been updating the print server, ANNIE, during the last two weeks.  During this process it became necessary to upgrade the Equitrac software that manages our printers and plotters.

I must ask any of you who had installed the Equitrac client on your personal computer to uninstall it and install the new version (4.1.1).  I have provided a shared folder on \\ANNIE with the Windows and the Mac clients along with installation instructions.

PLEASE READ THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION THOROUGHLY!  If the software is not updated and installed properly you could potentially crash the print server.

 Please complete this process A.S.A.P.
