Princeton Software

For institutional software purchases through the Software Store, the customer agrees that:

1. The software will be used for academic purposes at Princeton University and will not be used for purposes, commercial or otherwise, outside of University business;
   
2. The software will not be copied and distributed unless it is noted that doing so is specifically within Princeton's licensing rights;
   
3. The software will be installed only on the computer(s) for which it is licensed;
   
4. The software is owned by Princeton University and if the faculty/staff member leaves Princeton, he/she will not take the licensed software or a copy of it.

For Work at Home Rights:

Faculty and staff are entitled to install selected products on one home computer by virtue of being a Princeton University employee.  If/when a faculty/staff member leaves the employ of Princeton University, he/she MUST remove any software installed under Work at Home Rights.
