Depending on the complexity of the software, this tour may be divided into two or more parts and will serve as your basic introduction.

Foundational activities will be covered. Depending on the application, these might include initial file creation, inserts, edits, layouts, searches, or other basic operations. Depending on the complexity of the software, covering all its intrinsic topics may require more than one session.

BEYOND THE BASICS

Designed for current users or new users who have already received the basic or introductory training.

Topics are often similar to those covered in the tour or other introductory sessions, however they are expanded to include additional options or settings, enhancements, exceptions to the rule. In short, they present the next level of functionality.

USING or WORKING WITH <your software's feature>

Designed for current users who routinely employ the software.

These focus on just one or two specific functions. Your STAT will work with you to ensure that you have a solid understanding of the functions and that you feel comfortable employing and executing them.
