In-Your-Office Visits are free, one-to-one training consultations available to faculty and academic staff members. A student or staff member will come to your office to provide assistance with University-supported software and technology tools. SAMPLE PRODUCTS

Private STAT-site training sessions, aka "Away-from-Your-Office Visits," are one-to-one consultations for faculty and academic staff, also free of charge, who prefer to receive one-to-one assistance on campus, but away from the distractions of the office. Both MacBooks and IBM laptops are available, or you can bring your own. You are also welcome to bring up to 2 other participants if you like. SAMPLE PRODUCTS

A one-hour introduction to the Office of Information Technology (OIT) services and resources is available to new faculty. Includes webmail, PSynch, handy bookmarks, personal webpage, online appointment schedules, software purchase site, eReserves, video reserves, H and M drives, and other new user basics. Customized software presentations for faculty, staff, or student groups are available at no charge upon request. A few of the more popular sessions include "Word Tips from the Pros," "Touring Blackboard" and "An Introduction to PowerPoint."
Just submit a PRESENTATION REQUEST form to arrange one for your department.
