OIT Help Desk
The OIT Help Desk is open 24/7 and available to answer your computing and technology questions. To contact the Help Desk, you can call 8-HELP, send an e-mail to email@example.com, or chat with an OIT Help Desk consultant online from www.princeton.edu/oit. Note, when sending your question by e-mail, be sure to describe the problem and provide your name and phone number. You will be e-mailed back with a possible solution within one business day.
OIT Solutions Center Tech Clinic
The OIT Solutions Center Tech Clinic is a walk-in service where you can bring your computer and meet with a Tech Clinic consultant. The Tech Clinic is located on the 100-level of the Frist Campus Center and is open from 9am - 5pm with the last check-in being 3pm during the academic year.
