Get Help from the OIT Help Desk
The OIT Help Desk provides full support for the Princeton Gmail app.
The Help Desk can also answer general questions and help with log in issues for all Google Apps applications. To contact a Help Desk consultant:

Get Help from fellow Princeton Google Groupies
Join the OIT Google at Princeton Google group and become a 'Google Groupie." This is an open discussion forum where you can post questions that you have, as well as help your fellow Google users with answers that you may know.
Go to the Google Groupie online forum and click “Join Group” to join.
Participating is easy. Post or reply to a message by sending e-mail to googlegroupie@princeton.edu or do it right from the Google Groupie forum.

The OIT KnowledgeBase provides answers to the most common Princeton-specific questions about Google Apps at Princeton, including Princeton Gmail at kb.princeton.edu/gmail.
