Current & Past Initiatives
To date SUMAR has tracked more than 60 completed, current, and proposed initiatives with potential recurring savings of more than $15 million to departmental budgets and central accounts. A number of the initiatives cannot be translated into direct dollar savings, but will create efficiencies of time, economies of scale, and enhancements to workflow that will strengthen Princeton’s business operations, management functions, and use of resources.
