The collaborative effort is Inspired by First Lady Michelle Obama’s Chefs Move to Schools initiative and based in the roots of the Princeton School Gardens Cooperative’s mission to foster garden- and food-based education in the classroom, cafeteria and community and the University’s mission In the Nation’s Service and in the Service of All Nations.
