BEE Club - Mead making!
MEAD MAKING with Aubrey Yarbrough! For those of you who don't know, mead is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting honey and wine. We will be making it with honey produced by our very own hives last summer! The event will take place this Sunday, March 20th, from 1:30-4:00 in the 2-Dickinson Co-op kitchen. All supplies will be provided, and if you come, you'll be entitled to a share of the mead once it's done fermenting in a few weeks. We may also be providing samples of ready-made mead so that you know what we're going for. If interested, reply back to me at email@example.com
