The collaborative effort is Inspired by First Lady Michelle Obamas Chefs Move to Schools initiative and based in the roots of the Princeton School Gardens Cooperatives mission to foster garden- and food-based education in the classroom, cafeteria and community and the Universitys mission In the Nations Service and in the Service of All Nations.
