2008 Princeton Colloquium on Public and International Affairs

The sixth annual colloquium, "The Grand Challenges: Energy, Water and Global Health" will explore several problems effecting the world environment today: Rural Poverty, Land Use, Energy, Environment and Security, Biodiversity and other pressing issues. Moderators and panelists scheduled include Robert Socolow, Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Kimberly Smith, Visiting Professor at the Princeton Environmental Institute and Center for African-American Studies and H. Vincent Poor, Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Science. The keynote will be delivered by Julie Louise Gerberding, MD, M.P.H., Director of the CDC.
