Dinner Discussion: "The Ethical Dimension of Congestion Pricing"
Charles Komanoff is a long-time energy-economist and policy-analyst. During his 40-year career, Mr. Komanoff has focused on two key areas of public policy: global energy supply and demand, and urban transport. A special sustainable dinner will accompany a discussion of the intersection of ethics, pollution, and the daily commute.
