Greening Dining Meeting

We will focus on the content for the table tents that will describe the origins of the different ingredients for the sustainable Earth Day dinners in each dining hall. We will also discuss a vegetarian dining proposal. Email Colleen (cmccullo@) if you’re interested in helping doing a write-up for the table tents - it’s a great chance to learn where our food comes from!
