Demographic Approaches to Climate Change

The effects of climate change on population growth and dynamics can be approached on several levels. Hal Caswell will outline a demographic approach to these calculations that makes use of a range of deterministic and stochastic analyses. He will show an example of the application to polar bear populations and, time permitting, to emperor penguin populations.
