Greening Dining Meeting
Talk with dining services about ideas for making Princeton dining more sustainable. Some of the ideas they discussed before break were getting jam and jelly that did not have high fructose corn syrup; setting up PB&J stations to reduce meat consumption; getting ice cream from a local distributor in Trenton; and creating sustainable dining themed nights in all the dining halls like Rocky/Mathey's Jersey Fresh Bar and Forbes' Vegetarian Night.
