Website applications are used to help you maintain a presence on the web for your department, facility, center, or function:
- If you need to provide information to the Princeton community and beyond, you can use Roxen CMS to create a University website.
- If you need to create a collaborative site, accessible to both Princeton users and users outside of Princeton, you can create a SharePoint site.
(If you need to provide access to outside users, you can request and sponsor a Princeton University guest account through the Guest Account Provisioning service.)
SharePoint documentation is restricted to Princeton University faculty and staff members.
