Upon receiving your request, OIT Software Support will contact you to set up an appointment to deliver and activate the OIT BlackBerry device.
Returning OIT BlackBerry devices
If you do not own a BlackBerry device, return the loaner BlackBerry equipment (packet contents listed above) to the OIT Solutions Center Tech Clinic, Frist Campus Center, room 112, on the specified return date. Tech Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Upon return, the BlackBerry devices are reset and all data is removed. In the event a BlackBerry device or any of its components are lost or damaged, charges may apply.
If you own a BlackBerry device, an appointment is scheduled at the time the loaner is setup for returning the OIT BlackBerry device.
