Account Questions

Our Mobile Technology office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  if you have any questions about your wireless accounts please call 258-CELL or email mobile@princeton.edu describing your particular problem. 

Device Problems

All corporate devices are under warranty for one year covering mechanical defects.  The end user must troubleshoot with the carriers directly to get a replacement free of charge.   Please use the following contact information:

AT&T - 800-331-0500 *Password is "Tigers" and you will need your account number on hand.
