Our Mobile Technology office is open Monday through Friday.  if you have any questions about your wireless accounts please or email mobile@princeton.edu describing your particular problem. 

Device Problems

All corporate devices are under warranty for one year covering mechanical defects. The end user must troubleshoot with the carriers directly to get a replacement free of charge. Please use the following contact information:
