|REPLACE YOUR TIGERCARD
If you lose your TigerCard report it to the TigerCard Office as soon as possible. Because your card allows building access and has financial value it is important to replace or suspend your TigerCard whenever lost. For students, please visit the Proxhelp page for more information. For faculty, staff and affiliates, please come to the TigerCard Office on Level A of New South, during normal business hours, for your replacement card. For security purposes you can suspend/deactivate your card here.
Business Hours (Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm):
Stop by our office at New South, A Floor (to get a new card) or call us at 609-258-8300 (to suspend your card until you can come to the office to get your new card)
Off hours (For Students who have lost their Prox):
1) Call Public Safety at 609-258-1000 to deactivate the building access on your card.
2) Click here to suspend/deactivate your card online
3) Replacement cards can be picked up after business hours and weekends at the Frist Campus Center. Please visit the Proxhelp page for more information.
There is a $15 charge for replacing your TigerCard. Once a card has been replaced your old card cannot be reactivated.
