Eitan Adler

Eitan Adler (University of Pennsylvania) is from Woodmere, New York. After graduating from HAFTR High School, he studied in Israel at Yeshivat Har Etzion for one year. He is currently a rising senior at the University of Pennsylvania, where he is majoring in Diplomatic History. This summer, Eitan is researching the societal implications of the immigration from the former Soviet Union to Israel of large numbers of people who are not considered halakhically Jewish. His research is being sponsored by a Brenner grant from the University of Pennsylvania's Judaic Studies Department and a grant from the Penn Program for Democracy, Constitutionalism, and Citizenship.
