Mira Veksler, Hebrew University
Mira grew up in Jerusalem, and studied at Pelech High School and at Midreshet Lindenbaum. She served in the IDF as a commander in the Nativ Program, where she taught courses on Jewish identity and Zionism to Israeli soldiers who were candidates for conversion. Today, she is a second year student at the Hebrew University, and participates in the Revivim honors program, aimed at developing teachers for Jewish Studies. She is married to Ilia and lives in Jerusalem. She is interested in Jewish Thought, Bible, Talmud and theories of education. She also enjoys reading, drawing and playing the guitar.
