International Service Break Trips

Service Break Trips to Natural Disaster and Crisis Areas:
Many Princeton undergraduates have a strong interest in helping victims of natural disasters. After a natural disaster or major political uprising, the US State Department and aid agencies will regularly issue travel warnings and alerts. These official statements often include strong language discouraging volunteers from traveling to these same countries due to instability and security issues.

Travel to these countries will not be supported by the University (the University will not fund, organize, or allow academic credit for spring break service trips).  There are many ways students can provide help to the victims of the crises, including organizing fund-raisers here on campus and in the community. A list of relevant activities on the International Princeton website.
