Welcome Incoming Graduate Students
Please allow yourself sufficient time to obtain your immunization record and any required immunizations from your healthcare provider. UHS suggests you obtain a physical examination prior to matriculation. Please make an appointment with your healthcare provider now. An immunization hold will be applied to your academic registration until your Medical Information and immunizations are on file with University Health Services.
Complete your requirements through MyUHS, a secure online student health portal. You will need your Princeton network ID and will be able to access MyUHS approximately 7 days after you have confirmed your acceptance with Graduate Admissions.
