Faculty and Staff Assistance Program
CAREBRIDGE EAP
The Carebridge Employee Assistance Program (EAP) helps faculty and staff members work through personal issues such as alcohol and other drug abuse, stress and depression, financial issues, interpersonal relationships, married life and parenting. The individual Work/Life Program assists with issues and referrals for the following services: childcare, eldercare, adoption, time management and life balance, and personal financial management. These comprise only a small number of topics available to Princeton faculty and staff members. In addition, employees can access Carebridge's extensive online library of educational materials and seminars on a variety of current health and well-being topics.
Princeton University covers six consultations from Carebridge’s EAP professionals. Appointments are available with counselors within your community at work or home. In addition, telephonic visits are available. There is no limit to the number of Work/Life consultations available to employees.
