Occasionally, after illness or injury, faculty and staff may return to work with restrictions. In order to return to work, faculty and staff must be evaluated and cleared by Employee Health Services. Faculty and staff should bring the requested restriction and the length of time restriction will be needed to the evaluation appointment.
