New!! Well Child Pediatric Care Upgrade in Benefits
The Student Health Plan Office would like to announce an upgrade in benefits! Effective retroactively to September 1, 2012, Well Child Pediatric Care will be covered as follows:
Up to a maximum of 13 well child pediatric visits between the ages of 0 months to 3 years of age ($10 office visit copayment required). The following schedule applies:
Up to a maximum of 1 well child visit per year for children ages 4 through 18 years of age ($10 office visit copayment required). Childhood immunizations will be covered at 80 percent after deductible for children up to 18 years of age.
If you had any Well Child Pediatric Care visits denied from September 1, 2012 to present, you can contact Aetna Student Health directly at: 1.877.437.6511 to have the claim(s) reprocessed under the new benefit coverage. Provide them with your dependent child's name, WID#, date of service of the Well Child Pediatric Care visit, and the amount. All future Well Child Pediatric Care visits will be processed per the newly effective benefit upgrade.

Reminder: If you currently participate in one or both of the voluntary plans, and if you wish to remain on the plan(s) for the 2013-14 academic year, you must renew your enrollment online.
The MyUHS online enrollment portal will open on May 15th for undergrads; June 6th for graduate students. All dental and vision plan enrollments must be completed by August 9, 2013.
