IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR MATRICULATION
Under the New Jersey State Department of Health Statute, all students are required to have a completed record of immunization against certain vaccine-preventable diseases as a condition of enrollment. If documentation is not available, re-immunization is required. Undergraduate Students must complete matriculation requirements before September 30 of each year. After September 30, students will be charged a late fee and a registration hold may occur. Graduate Students will have an Immunization Hold and will not be able to Register with the Graduate School until Immunizations are completed
ROUTINE ALLERGY SERVICES FOR STUDENTS
Routine allergy services are available for all matriculated Princeton University students and are included in the comprehensive student health fee.
Patients seeking allergy injections are required to have their allergist complete the appropriate paperwork and provide UHS with their own allergy serum. UHS will retain the serum and keep the provider’s instructions on file. After receiving an allergy injection, patients must remain at UHS for 20 minutes for observation and evaluation.
