Travel Planning
Travel advice is based on the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and is supplemented by information provided by International SOS. For travel assistance for students, faculty, and staff traveling on University sponsored activity, International SOS provides contracted care at UHS. To obtain International SOS identification cards, contact the Office of Risk Management at (609) 258-3046 or go to the Office of Risk Management website and click on International SOS from the menu on the left.
Call UHS at (609) 258-5357 to schedule a travel planning an immunization appointment. Immunizations are given only after the travel planner orders the immunization. Make sure to bring a completed Travel Planning Worksheet to your appointment.
