- Delegating access explains how to set up your voice mail and e-mail for separate access by another account (for example, an assistant or delegate).
- Handling special calls explains how to set up call answering rules to process calls that come in from a specific person, or during a specific time. Some of the special handling you can set up includes providing a customized greeting, finding you at another phone number, even setting up a trail of numbers to be called in sequence.
