Setting Your Personal Preferences
Personal preferences allow you to personalize your voice mail settings to suit the way you work. In Unified Messaging, you can set the following personal options:
- Greetings used to answer your phone when you aren't at your desk
- Your PIN number (voice mail password)
- Notifications that you've missed a call, or received a voice mail
- Text preview options for speech to text translation
- Other options, including the number to be dialed when you click Play on Phone, and which direction to read messages (newest to oldest, or vice versa)
