Event Planning Guide
As a faculty or staff member you may wish to host either a personal or official event on campus. The Facilities Information Center Event Planning Guide has been developed to assist you and your department in the logistics of planning your event on campus. Consult the guide for practical information about eligibility requirements, instructions for reserving an event location, and acquiring facilities support services for your event, such as stage construction, electric support, catering, fencing, set-up and clean-up services, equipment rental, grounds protection, and acquiring a tent if needed. This guide provides guidance for requesting services, including contacts for individuals who provide consultative services in planning your event.
