Occupancy Date
Your occupancy date is the date indicated on your contract. You will not be able to move into your residence prior to this date.

Pre-Notification of Key Pick Up
Please contact us at least a week in advance of your arrival so that the Faculty and Staff Housing Office may have your key ready.

Key Pick Location
Unless otherwise indicated residents are required to come to the Faculty and Staff Housing Office  to obtain their apartment key. Keys will not be provided prior to your occupancy date.

• Key Pick Up Hours:
  Monday-Friday
  9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Note:
Keys will not be available for pick-up if your security deposit is not paid.

After Hours Arrivals
If you are unable to arrive during regular business hours alternate arrangements may be made. The following steps must be taken by you to arrange for an after hours arrival:

• Contact the Faculty and Staff Housing Office in advance informing them of your intention to arrive after hours.
• Sign your contract in advance of your arrival.
• Pay your security deposit in advance of your arrival.
