If you are a member of a graduate student organization formally recognized by the Office of Graduate Student Life your organization may host an event on campus. The Office of Graduate Student Life has developed guidelines for planning, sponsoring, registering, and publicizing an event on campus.

Event Planning Logistics Guide
The Facilities Information Center Event Planning Guide has been developed to assist you and your student organization in the logistics of planning your event. Consult the guide for practical information about reserving an event location, and acquiring facilities support services for your event; such as stage construction, electric support, catering, fencing, set-up and clean-up services, equipment rental, grounds protection, and acquiring a tent if needed.
