Getting To and Around Campus
The Visiting Campus page of the Princeton website provides information on getting to campus.
A Move In Map has been specially designed to help you navigate your way on campus during Move In weekend. An online Campus Interactive Map is a another helpful resource for finding your way on campus. A printable campus map is another handy resource.
Pedestrians and Bicyclists
Many students find that the best way to get around Princeton's 500-acre campus is on foot or by bicycle. Princeton University encourages the use of bicycles as a convenient and sustainable form of transportation on campus. There are pedestrian-shared paved paths throughout campus. Students are encouraged to register their bikes with Transportation and Parking Services. Bike policies, online registration, safety regulations, etc. can be found on their website. For a fee the Department of Public Safety will supply you with a U-shaped lock to secure your bike at the bike stands located throughout campus.
