Any Group or individual not affiliated with Princeton University may request permission to use University space by submitting a formal proposal to Conference and Event Services. Only those proposals submitted by a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization can be considered.

University functions have priority over community events in scheduling the use of facilities by external non-affiliated individuals or groups. In addition, we are bound by regulations set forth in the Princeton University publication, Rights Rules and Responsibilities.

  A copy of your 501 (c)(3) form to verify tax exempt status.

CES will consider and respond individually to each proposal.

If approved a dedicated CES staff member will partner with you to plan and oversee all aspects of your conference or event.
