Terms and Conditions
E-mail confirmation of your order will follow within one business day from the date of your order submission.
Three business days notice is required to avoid a $50.00 late booking charge. For more ordering information see Place an Order.
What's Included With Your Order
All Paper Tiger events include condiments, sustainable paper products, plastic utensils and the necessary buffet items such as wire racks, sterno and serving utensils. Coffee service includes sugar packets, sweeteners and non-dairy products.
Pick Up Service
Orders are available for pick up from the Frist Campus Center Monday – Saturday from 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
You are responsible for the following:
- Equipment Rental
Tables, trash containers and table covers, etc. may be ordered from Building Services.
- Logo Items
Logo items may be purchased from the University Store. They may be reached by telephone at (609) 921-8500, extension 206 or by sending e-mail to email@example.com.
- Room Reservations
Consult the Event Planning Guide for room selection and reservation information.
- Building and Room Access
When delivering your order we require access at least 30 minutes prior to the event. Contact Public Safety to have the event location opened at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. Your order will be left outside if the location is locked.
- Set Up and Clean Up
Paper Tiger is a drop off service. Set up and clean up is available for an additional fee. (Please see additional services and fees below)
If you need to cancel your event, please call us promptly. Events cancelled within 36 hours of an event will incur a charge of 50% of the order, events cancelled within 24 hours time frame will result in full payment with exception of cancellation due to weather related conditions.
Additional Services and Fees
We are happy to offer these additional services at the fees stated:
- After Hours Cook
Hot items ordered outside of normal business hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. will incur a $100.00 fee.
- Set Up:
1 to 25 guests- no set up fee.
26 to 50 guests- $50.00 set up fee.
Up to 100 guests- $75.00 fee,
Over 100 guests- $1.00 per person fee.
- After Hours Events
Paper Tiger events scheduled outside business hours will incur a $50.00 fee.
- Rental Pick Up Fee- For a $5.00 fee we will pick up your rental items.
