April 28: A Fondant Farewell to President Shirley Tilghman Cake Competition
Join us this Sunday as Princeton Dining Services and the ODUS present a Fondant Farewell to President Tilghman cake competition. This exciting live competition takes place from 5:00 pm - to 6:00 pm on Cannon Green as three team finalists paired with a member of the University bakeshop create their original President Tilghman inspired cake design.
The competitors are:
Team 1 : The Dream Team

Team 2 : The Spellman Cakesters
(Vivian Ludford, Benjamin Huang, David Zheng)
Team 3: The Little Chefs
(Xinyue Tian, Tiantian Zha, Xiang Ding)
Cakes will be presented to a team of judges and will be judged on flavor, appearance, theme and uniqueness of design.
