“There’s No Place Like Home” Winning Recipes Served Up Warm on a Snowy Winter’s Night
The day before Valentine’s Day saw over a foot of snow in Princeton, NJ but that did not stop Campus Dining chefs from serving up the winning recipes from our “There’s No Place Like Home” recipe contest. The annual contest invites parents to submit their son or daughter’s favorite recipes and this year’s entries consisted of some fantastic dishes.
The winning recipe, Pau Bhaji, is a favorite of Rockefeller College student, Agastya Parikh ’17. Translated, it means “Bread Vegetable”. It is a popular street food in Mumbai, India and is stock full of potatoes, vegetables, a variety of aromatic spices and served with warm toasted rolls.
