Chef Joseph Leone Featured in 2013 Garden State Visiting Chef Series, March 25-27
The Garden State Series returns to Princeton University's residential dining halls March 25-March 27. The series, a Princeton Dining Services tradition since 1993, will feature Chef Joe Leone, who owns and operates Joe Leone’s Italian Specialty Store & Catering in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ.
The menu for this year's series is a re-creation of recipes created by Chef Leone and features a wonderful selection of traditional Italian foods from family recipes. This special dinner will be served in each residential dining hall during the series.

The Garden State Series dinner is open to all meal plan holders and may be enjoyed once using your meal plan. The two-extra meal program and guest meals can not be used for this meal. Faculty Fellows may make reservation for this meal at the residential college offices. All others may dine as University guests at a guest meal rate of $34.20.
