Princeton University Dining Services recently engaged in some community outreach with a visit to the Princeton Regional School District to prepare lunch for students at Princeton High School.
Chefs’ Rob Harbison and Rick Piancone, in cooperation with Chartwell Food Service, prepared their rendition of Orecchiette Locale. Using only local and sustainable ingredients, the pasta dish included locally produced peas, tomatoes and mushrooms.

As a special Valentine treat, "There's No Place Like Home" winning recipes were recently featured in the dining halls and at Food for Thought in the Food Gallery at Frist. The annual contest invites parents to submit their son or daughter's favorite recipe. Winning dishes are then prepared by our chefs resulting in some very special fare served to the campus community.

A planned power outage is scheduled to occur at the Forrestal Center on Thursday February 16 from 5 a.m. until approximately 7 a.m. During the outage the following buildings will be without power:
Sayre Hall
Print and Mail Services (701 Forrestal Rd)
Power House, Forrestal Campus
Library Annex, Forrestal Campus
The outage is necessary for the disconnection of a temporary feed used during the construction of Princeton University's High-Perform
As a reminder to students returning from Intersession, dining halls reopen with dinner on Sunday, February 5 when a Super Bowl menu will be featured from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The exception is
the Graduate College which opens with breakfast on February 6.

Students who wish to change the terms of their spring semester meal plan to a smaller plan may do so once this semester; Monday, February 6 through Sunday, February 12. Upgrades in meal plans may be made at any time.
All changes in meal plans are made by entering the online Housing System and selecting the Modify Your Meal Plan option. Once you have selected and accepted a new meal plan a contract addendum will be issued to you in an e-mail with your new
