Allergen Question for a Particular Menu Item?
If you are unsure if a particular item served in a residential dining hall is safe to eat because of your particular allergy our dining services services staff will find the right person, whether a chef, manager or cook to answer your question. When in doubt ask a dining services manager what is safe for you to eat.

Today's Menu Allergen Filters
Our interactive menu allows you to filter menu items by common allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nut, peanut, wheat, and soybeans. To use the allergen filter to identify foods containing allergens served in the residential dining hall please follow these directions.
Gluten-Free Dining
To accomodate gluten-free diets, a variety of gluten-free products are available upon request in the residential dining halls. This includes breads, buns, wraps, pasta and pizza crust. To learn more or to make a specific request please contact your residential dining hall manager.
