Visiting Chefs Program
The Visiting Chefs Program a Princeton Dining Services tradition, culminates in a special buffet dinner served in each dining hall over the course of a week and a visit to campus by one of the country's top chefs. The menu is a re-creation of items prepared by the visiting chef in their establishment and typically includes an appetizer, soup, salad, bread or rolls, a choice of three entrees and a choice of three desserts. In addition to menu, Dining Services pays special attention to ambiance, with decor, table settings, plate presentation and staff apparel similar to the restaurant of each visiting chef.
