Faculty and Staff Real Estate Services
Welcome to Princeton University Housing and Real Estate Services – the first stop for all of your housing needs. The University provides a variety of home rental and ownership programs to assist eligible faculty and staff with the lease or purchase of residences in close proximity to campus. We are pleased to provide personalized service to help familiarize our affiliates with the local real estate market, realtor options, and neighborhood characteristics, in addition to administering the following programs:
Rental Programs
The University owns and manages several hundred rental units, ranging from studio apartments to four-bedroom single-family houses, most within a reasonable walking distance of campus. Additionally, Housing and Real Estate Services offers personal consultations and an online listing service to help affiliates navigate rental opportunities on the open market.
Homeownership Programs
Housing and Real Estate Services works closely with the Office of Finance & Treasury to manage the University's homeownership programs, which include mortgage, co-ownership and residential purchase offerings. These programs are designed to assist eligible faculty and staff with the purchase of homes within nine miles of Nassau Hall or within the city of Trenton.
