One-Year Extension of Eligibility to June 30, 2013
For employees who were employed and eligible for Homeownership Programs on or before June 30, 2012
Princeton will implement a series of changes to the University's homeownership programs on July 1, 2012, including revisions to terms, conditions, and eligibility.
To provide University employees with time to make housing decisions and arrangements given these changes, eligible University employees as of June 30, 2012 will be grandfathered for participation in homeownership programs at their June 30, 2012 level of eligibility (as detailed below) until June 30, 2013.
To participate in the 12-month extension for eligibility, participants must submit a complete mortgage application to the Office of University Mortgage Services by June 30, 2013.
Employees in term positions in the ranks listed below are not normally eligible for participation in the University's homeownership programs. Individuals with questions about eligibility are encouraged to contact Housing and Real Estate Services.
