Eligibility as of July 1, 2012
Princeton will implement a series of changes to the University's homeownership programs on July 1, 2012, including revisions to terms, conditions, and eligibility. The following faculty and staff ranks will be eligible for the University's homeownership programs as of July 1, 2012. To provide University employees with time to make housing decisions and arrangements given these changes, eligible University employees as of June 30, 2012 will be grandfathered for participation in homeownership programs at their June 30, 2012 level of eligibility until June 30, 2013.
Employees in term positions in the ranks listed below will not normally be eligible for participation in the programs and should contact Housing and Real Estate Services with any questions.
