Princeton Faculty Residential Purchase Plan
Housing and Real Estate Services oversees the Princeton Faculty Residential Purchase Plan (PFRPP) in close collaboration with the Office of University Mortgage Services.
The PFRPP permits eligible faculty and staff to purchase homes in close proximity to campus at a fair-market value price established by the University. Under the terms of the plan, the University retains the option to repurchase a property under specific conditions.

- Mortgage Services - The Office of University Mortgage Services is available to assist faculty and staff interested in purchasing a home in the Princeton area. Princeton employees may learn about local property listings by working with area real estate brokers
