Graduate Apartments
Princeton University has several residential facilities, including three apartment complexes:
- Butler Aprtments
- Stanworth Apartments
- Lawrence Drive
- Edwards Place
All of our apartments are considered to be on-campus and are serviced by Princeton University staff. Should you have any maintenance concerns, please contact the Facilities Customer Service line at 609.258.8000. Graduate apartments are unfurnished and are intended for graduate students who plan to live on campus for at least a year. If you need a furnished room or intend to stay for a short period of time, please review information regarding the Graduate College. Traditionally, contracts for apartments are for one year and start July 1st and end on June 30th. On occasion an apartment may become available during the academic year and we can set up a contract for those applying mid-year or graduate students who are on our wait list.
