Princeton University Seminary Units
We are pleased to announce that the University has signed an agreement with the Princeton Theological Seminary to provide access to thirty (30) newly constructed apartment units to University graduate students for the 2012-2013 Academic Year. The Theological Seminary requires these units for its own students for the 2013-2014 Academic Year, so University students who accept placement there will be required to vacate by June 30, 2013. Although market rents for these apartments are somewhat higher than those in the University inventory, due to their size and amenities, the University will subsidize these rents to make them consistent with the current University graduate housing inventory. The units are part of the recently constructed Charlotte Wilson Apartment Complex, located off of Canal Point Boulevard on Emmons Road in West Windsor. As an additional investment to support our graduate students, Princeton University will pay for one annual student parking fee charged by the Seminary per student contract holder (parking fees will apply for additional vehicles).
When accepting an apartment offer, students will electronically sign and contract the units from Princeton University under Terms and Conditions similar to those of our own rental units. Rental payments will be debited from student University accounts.

2-Bedroom, 2- Bathroom: $1,500 per month or $750 per bed per month
Security Deposit:
An amount equivalent to one month’s rent will be due upon electronic signing of contract (payable to Princeton University via check or money order)
Utilities Included in Rent:
gas, water, basic Internet access, basic cable TV service, parking for
one vehicle per contract holder
Utilities Paid by Tenant:
electric, telephone service, additional parking permits (only if available)
All units have central air, in-unit washer/dryer and dishwashers, microwave, refrigerator, electric range/stove. All units are unfurnished.
