Lakeside Apartments for Graduate Housing

The design of Lakeside Apartments was a community effort that spanned a year of intensive design sessions with representatives from the university, development and architectural team, and graduate students.

In the summer of 2010, the university selected American Campus Communities (ACC), one of the largest developers of student housing communities in the country , as the development partner to assist with determining the best residential plan for the Hibben-Magie site for graduate student housing.  The university and ACC presented the concept plan of the site at the April 7, 2011 Princeton Township REgional Planning Board meeting.  In March 2012, the unviersity and ACC will present the final site plan to the regional board for final site plan approval.
